Private Care Management

Persons with a serious mental illness may have significant difficulties in living their day-to-day life. To help them with all of the difficulties, they often have an assortment of services from the public and private sector. At times, coordination between the services is difficult and complicated. The goals and dreams of the person served can get lost in all the confusion of services.

In her private care management service, Dr. Good coordinates the services and communication between your various providers to have them working together as a team. She identifies service gaps along the way. Using a Recovery and Wellness approach, Dr. Good puts the person served at the center of the service team and supports the person to identify their goals and coordinates the team efforts toward those goals.
